Embed the chat widget
Drop one snippet into your site to enable real-time chat.
Open /app/w/<slug>/widget to grab your snippet. Paste it before the closing </body> tag on every page.

- Shows a floating launcher in the bottom-right corner.
- Opens a chat panel branded with your workspace colors + logo.
- Creates a new ticket on the first message and polls for replies in real time.
- Supports image and file attachments both ways.
The widget API key is safe to expose — it only allows creating tickets in your workspace.
