Your public docs site

Each workspace has a public knowledge base at /help/<slug>. Articles are organized into collections and categories.

Authoring

1. Open /app/w/<slug>/docs.
2. Create a collection, then a category, then an article.
3. Toggle Published to make it visible on the public site.

AI search

Published articles are embedded automatically so the AI chatbot in your widget can answer questions from your own docs.
