Super admin panel

Manage every workspace, user, and plan from /app/admin.

The super admin panel lives at /app/admin and has five tabs:

  • Overview — total workspaces, tickets, members, plans.
  • Workspaces — create, suspend, delete, or change plan on any workspace.
  • Users — grant/revoke super admin, delete users.
  • Plans — create and edit Free/Pro/Business plans shown on /pricing.
  • Billing — forecast MRR; Stripe wiring coming soon.
Deleting a workspace cascades — every ticket, message, member, and doc article is permanently removed.
