Members & roles

Invite teammates and choose what they can do.

Roles

  • Workspace admin — full control of one workspace (settings, billing, team).
  • Agent — can view and reply to tickets, assign, and resolve.
  • Viewer — read-only.

Inviting

Go to /app/w/<slug>/members, enter an email and pick a role. The invitee gets a branded email from Support Chicken with a sign-up link. Once they accept, they appear in your members list.

Workspace admins can grant any role except super admin. Only existing super admins can grant super admin.
